1. Automatic Renewal Fundamentals
a. Agreement Nature: This document explicates the conditions under which your DramaLink paid membership will automatically renew, guaranteeing seamless, constant service.
b. Authorization for Billing: By starting the subscription, you formally authorize a recurring deduction of the relevant membership fee from the payment source linked to your official App Store account at the start of each designated billing cycle.
c. Extension of Service: Upon successful completion of the recurring payment, your membership privileges and rights are automatically prolonged for the following term (e.g., weekly to weekly).
2. Adjustments and Pricing Dynamics
a. Price Stability: The initial subscription cost is secured for the duration of your first cycle.
b. Fee Modifications: DramaLink retains the right to alter the membership cost. Any upward price adjustment will only become effective commencing with the subsequent renewal phase.
c. Notification Mandate: Users will be alerted in advance regarding any price revisions. Continued subscription past the renewal date indicates agreement to the modified rate.
3. Termination Protocol
a. User Authority: You hold the absolute authority to oversee or stop the automatic renewal function at any time.
b. Termination Window: To avoid the next scheduled deduction, you must manually deactivate the auto-renewal setting via your specific App Store account controls at least 24 hours before the start of the new billing period.
c. Cancellation Impact: Cancellation halts all future charges. It does not trigger a refund for any part of the current, pre-paid period. Benefits linked to the current cycle will stay active until the term naturally concludes.
4. Non-Refundability and Liability
a. Non-Refundable Charges: All automatic renewal transactions, once successfully processed, are non-refundable owing to the digital nature of the provided services.
b. Renewal Failures: DramaLink is not responsible for service stoppage or suspension caused by the failure of a recurring charge due to lack of funds, an expired payment source, or banking limits.
c. Subscription Ethics: Any effort to share, commercialize, or bypass the payment mechanism will lead to the immediate and permanent closure of the subscription, without reimbursement.
