a. Scope of Policy:
This Policy solely regulates the procurement, utilization, and cancellation of all value-added services
("Premium Features," covering "Subscription," "DramaLink Vip," "DramaLink Membership") and virtual goods
(covering "Coins/bounses") within the DramaLink platform.
b. Billing Gateway:
All financial transactions for Premium Features and Coins are routed and settled via the authorized billing
system of the user's mobile platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).
c. Transaction Agreement:
The acquisition of any paid item represents an immediate and irreversible agreement to this Policy.
2. Coin's Definition and Application
a. Classification of Coins: Coins are classified as non-refundable, non-transferable proprietary digital tokens. They function exclusively as a tool to unlock designated paid episodes or premium features within DramaLink.
b. Value Restrictions: Coins do not represent real property, currency, or monetary value. They generally cannot be withdrawn, traded for fiat currency, or utilized outside the application environment.
c. Pricing Adjustments: DramaLink holds the exclusive privilege to revise the purchase cost of Coin bundles or change the Coin amount needed to access specific content without advance warning.
3. Membership Rights and Subscription
a. VIP Privileges: Paid memberships bestow specific, duration-based advantages (e.g., ad-free streaming, early access) as described at the transaction point.
b. Benefit Revision: DramaLink reserves the operational authority to modify, expand, or suspend specific Premium Features or membership perks aligned with shifting product strategies.
c. Rights Expiration: If your membership expires, all linked privileges are instantly revoked. Content previously unlocked using coins will generally remain available.
4. User Liability & Financial Finality
a. Financial Finality:
Due to the instant digital delivery of services, all purchases for Coins and Premium Features are considered
final and non-refundable, unless explicitly required by consumer protection statutes.
b. Disputes and Chargebacks:
Triggering a chargeback without legitimate cause is deemed a serious breach and may result in the permanent
suspension of the user account and forfeiture of all lingering Coins/rights.
c. Liability for Misuse: You consent to accept full responsibility for any damages sustained by DramaLink stemming from the fraudulent application of payment methods or violation of this Policy.
5. Service Reliability and Support
a. Official Channels: Transactions must strictly occur via the official in-app purchase system. DramaLink bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized third-party Coin vendors.
