b. Consent Confirmation: By downloading, installing, or proceeding to access the Service, you indicate your full, irrevocable agreement to all terms specified herein. If these terms are unacceptable, you are obligated to immediately cease using the Service.
c. Ancillary Documents: This Agreement is supplemented by the DramaLink Privacy Policy and Membership Terms, which are included by reference.
2. Usage License and Intellectual Property
a. Content Ownership: All original material, including video stories, visuals, code, and trademarks located within the Service, remains the sole property of DramaLink or its appointed licensors.
b. License Grant: DramaLink affords you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content strictly for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
c. Forbidden Actions: You shall not duplicate, reproduce, adapt, extract, or redistribute any Service content. Unsanctioned commercial application or exploitation is explicitly forbidden.
3. User Obligations & Account Integrity
a. Account Registration: Access to comprehensive features demands account registration. You verify that all registration data supplied is correct and up-to-date.
b. Security Duties: You carry sole responsibility for upholding the confidentiality of your login details and for all actions performed under your account. Notify contact@sgsnj.org immediately upon detecting unauthorized entry.
c. Required Conduct: Users must refrain from: (a) harassment or abusive correspondence; (b) trying to reverse engineer or breach the application; (c) spreading illegal or infringing content; (d) impersonating other individuals or entities.
4. Transaction Rules and Commercial Terms
a. Revenue Structure: The Service may function on a hybrid model, integrating advertisements from third-party partners and providing premium, paid subscriptions.
b. Virtual Tokens (Coins): "Coins" are the platform's proprietary digital assets. They are bought with real money but possess no redeemable cash value and can only be utilized to unlock content within the DramaLink application.
c. Managing Subscriptions: Premium access specifics, billing periods, and cancellation methods are further regulated by the distinct Renewal Agreement and the terms established by the respective App Store (Apple/Google).
5. Amendments, Disclaimers, Jurisdiction
a. Warranty Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" foundation. DramaLink offers no warranties, express or implied, concerning uninterrupted function or total freedom from bugs.
b. Indemnity: You agree to fully indemnify DramaLink against all claims and damages arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
c. Policy Changes: DramaLink reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any moment. Continued usage following the revision date denotes binding agreement to the new terms.
d. Governing Law: This Agreement is interpreted and enforced pursuant to the laws applicable in the user's local jurisdiction.
